Check whether the machine is connected to a private network.
You can check using the IP address of the machine.
Press <Status Monitor> on the touch panel display or the
(Status Monitor) key on the control panel, and check whether the IP address displayed on the screen is within one of the following ranges:

172.16.0.0 to 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255
If the IP address is within one of the above ranges
A private IP address is set. In this case, the machine is connected to a private network.
If the IP address is not within one of the above ranges
A global IP address is set. In this case, the machine is connected to a public network.
