Remedy | When starting this software for the first time after placing model data in the specified folder, start it with administrator privileges. |
Status 2 | The model data file could not be extracted because its file name was changed. |
Remedy | Restore the original file name of the model data file. |
Status 1 | A file that is not a model data file may have been placed in the specified folder. |
Remedy | Check whether the file placed in the specified folder is a model data file. If this message is displayed when this software is started, despite the correct file being placed in the folder, the file may be damaged. In this case, contact your local authorized Canon dealer. |
Status 2 | The model data file for a region that differs from the installed version of this software may have been placed in the specified folder. |
Remedy | Place the model data file for the same region as the installed version of this software in the specified folder. |
Status | You tried to add model data with a version older than model data that has already been added. |
Remedy | You cannot add model data with a version older than the model data that has already been added. The model data you tried to add is already registered in this software. Delete the model data file from the specified folder, and restart this software. |
