Cleaning the Inside of the Machine
If the printed paper has streaks or is smudged, or if a part of the image is not printed, the inside of the machine may be dirty. In this case, clean the inside of the machine.
First, try [Clean Inside Main Unit]. If you do not see an improvement, perform [Clean Belt].
The inside of the machine cannot be cleaned when data is waiting to be printed or there is insufficient toner.

Required Preparations
Check that there is toner. Checking the Remaining Amount of Consumables and Parts

On the control panel, press [
Settings/Registration] in the [Home] screen or other screen. [Home] Screen

Press [Adjustment/Maintenance]

Press [Start].
Cleaning starts.
If you do not see an improvement, proceed to Step 4.

If you do not see an improvement, perform the following operation:
Set the paper printed for belt cleaning on the platen glass and make three 2-sided copies using paper of the same size and type as the paper on which the phenomenon occurs.
