Preparing to Use Universal Print

To print using Universal Print, Microsoft's cloud service, configure the machine to be able to use Universal Print, and register the machine on each computer that will be used to print.

* To use Universal Print, you must be a registered user of Microsoft 365 and use Microsoft Entra ID.
