If problems other than printer connection, printing, and scanning problems occur, try these fixes.
Jobs Executing from the Smartphone Fail
Follow the instructions in the message displayed when the copy, scan, or fax job was executed.
Message 1.
The job has been canceled because the printer was being used, or a timeout occurred.
Remedy
Log in to the printer before performing the operation or change the visual message settings of the printer.
Message 2.
Could not perform the job because the job settings on the printer are incorrect, or another operation was being processed.
Remedy
Check the settings of the printer, and change any settings that conflict with the settings of the job specified in this app.
Message 3.
Cannot perform the operation from the screen currently displayed on the printer. Open one of the following screens, and then perform the operation again
This problem may occur if both of the following are true.
If user authentication is enabled in the printer
If [Login Screen Display Settings] > [Display When Function Is Selected] is set in the printer
Remedy
Operate this app after displaying one of the following screens on the control panel of the printer.

Functions Do Not Return to their Previous State after a Call Finishes
Cause
Some functions do not return to their previous state after a call finishes.
The following functions may not return to the state they were in before a call (or are canceled) after a certain amount of time elapses.
Scanning
Uploading to cloud storage/downloading from cloud storage/previewing cloud data
Printing
Remedy
Execute the function again.
An Inappropriate Warning Message Is Displayed

Cause
The available storage capacity of the smartphone is approaching zero.
Remedy
Use this app after deleting unnecessary data.
The Preview Is Displayed Incorrectly when This App Is Called from the Share Menu of Another App

Cause
This app is already running.
Remedy
Close this app before using the share menu of the other app.
This App Is Slow or Does Not Operate Correctly

Cause 1.
Both mobile communication and Wi-Fi are enabled in the network settings of the smartphone.
Remedy
Change the network settings of the smartphone according to the function you want to use.
When searching for a printer or scanning: Disable mobile communication
When using a service that requires an Internet connection, such as Data Conversion Service: Disable Wi-Fi
Cause 2.
A power saving function or function for limiting the use of apps in the background is enabled on the smartphone.
These functions may interfere with the processing of this app or limit the processing of data in the background.
Remedy
Disable them.
