[Windows] Printing all print data in black-and-white

Set either of the following to always print in black-and-white.
Follow the procedure below to change the settings.
NOTE
Screens and operations may differ, depending on the environment of your computer and the following conditions.
The device you are using and its settings, firmware version, and option configuration
The driver you are using and its version

On the print settings screen of the driver, set [Color Mode] to [Black and White] on the [Quality] sheet or [Color] sheet.

Select the print menu of the application.

On the displayed print screen, select the device you are using → click [Preferences].
"Printer properties" or "Properties" may be displayed, depending on the application.

Display the [Quality] sheet ([Color] sheet for the PS3 printer driver) on the print settings screen.

Set [Color Mode] to [Black and White].

Click [OK].

On the Windows printer properties screen, set [Only Allow B&W Printing] to [On] in [Other Settings].

Click [ Start] [ Settings] in Windows.

Click [Devices].

Click [Printers & scanners].

Select the device whose settings you want to configure → click [Manage].

In [Manage your device], click [Printer properties].

Display the [Device Settings] sheet.

Click [Details].

Set [Only Allow B&W Printing] to [On] on the [Other Settings] sheet.
