Deleting Memos

This section describes how to delete memos that have been added to documents.
1.
Select the document from the File List View Window.
2.
Click for (Memo) on the ribbon, and select [Delete Memo].
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Click (Delete Memo) on the ribbon
Right-click and select [Delete Memo].
A confirmation dialog box on deleting the selected memo is displayed.
NOTE
Once a memo is deleted, it cannot be undone.
If commands are not displayed on the ribbon of Desktop Browser, see the following to display them.
This operation can also be performed with the tool buttons on the toolbar. If tool buttons are not displayed on the toolbar of Desktop Browser, see the following to display them.
3.
Click [Yes].
The memo is deleted from the document.
