Monitoring Preparation

The following conditions must be met to monitor the status of devices and print/fax jobs with the Quick Printing Tool.
The information of the device used for printing/faxing has been retrieved
The monitoring settings have been specified in the [imageRUNNER ADVANCE Desktop Quick Printing Tool Settings] dialog box
