Monitoring

You can monitor the job status of devices with Desktop. By setting a device registered in the printer output icon to be monitored, you can check the status of the device in the printer output icon. To perform device monitoring, you must convert the device port in Desktop Monitor Setup.
You can also monitor folders with Document Monitor. When you monitor folders, a window is displayed to notify you when there is an unread document or updated document.
