Desktop Browser Functions

Desktop Browser is in charge of document management and linking external devices/applications. It enables you to centrally manage documents using libraries, check unread/updated documents/newly arrived documents, and preview and search for documents. It can also link with external devices such as imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices and external applications such as Microsoft Office applications to comprehensively support the handling of documents, such as printing, sending and receiving faxes, and attaching to e-mail.

Managing/monitoring documents and folders with four types of libraries set on computers or networks
Organizing, printing, faxing, sending e-mail, and circulating documents and folders using drag and drop operations
Running other Desktop modules or external applications to edit documents
Saving scanning/remote scanning results directly into libraries
Searching for documents using simple searches/detailed searches
Conversion to PDF with single click operations
Previewing the content of documents, dividing documents at the displayed page, removing the displayed page, duplicating the displayed page, dividing documents by page
