Connecting to Libraries

Connect to a library and use folders and documents saved in that library.
1.
Select a site or library in the Navigation Pane.
Displays items stored in the site or library in the File List View Pane.
If the following dialog box is displayed, proceed to step 2.

Note
When you reconnect to the library after disconnecting using the [File] menu > [Disconnect Library], select the [File] menu > [Connect to Library] to display the [Connect to Library] dialog box and proceed to step 2.
2.
Enter the user name and password > click [OK].
Displays items stored in the site or library in the File List View Pane.
Note
If the entered user name and/or password are not valid, connection to the shared library will not be established when you click [OK] and the following dialog box will be displayed again.

When registering a Document Server Library or SharePoint Server Library, if you register a path to a library containing a folder, you will become unable to connect to that library. Check the path to the library and delete the library with wrong path information.
