Connecting to a Library as Another User
You can connect to the Document Server Library or SharePoint Server Library currently being connected by using another user.
1.
Select SharePoint Server Library or Document Server Library in the
Navigation Pane.
If the [Connect to Library] dialog box is displayed, proceed to step 3.
2.
Select the [File] menu > [Connect to Library].
The [Connect to Library] dialog box is displayed.
3.
Enter the user name and password of a user other than the user who created the shared library, and then click [OK].
A connection to the selected library is established, and items stored in the library are displayed in the
File List View Pane.

If the entered user name and/or password are/is not valid, connection to the shared library will not be established when you click [OK] and the [Connect to Library] dialog box will be displayed again.
