Setting the Extension of Document not Previewed

Specify the extension of specific type of document, and then set to have the document not previewed in the Preview Pane of Desktop Browser.
1.
Select the [Settings] menu > [System Settings] from the Desktop Browser screen.
The [System Settings] dialog box is displayed.

[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Browser] > [Display Settings] > [Do not preview files with the specified extensions]
Select the [Do not preview files with the specified extensions] check box.
Note
If [Do not preview files with the specified extensions] is not selected, the setting is not enabled although you specify the extensions.

Click [Specify Extensions].
The [Specify Extensions for Files Not to Be Previewed] dialog box is displayed.
4.
Enter the extension of the document not previewed including "." (dot) in [Specify Extensions].
Note
When specifying multiple extensions, use commas to separate them.
Although the number of extensions to be specified is not limited, the number of characters that you can input is up to 255.
5.
Click [OK].
The [System Settings] dialog box is displayed again.
6.
Click [OK].
Note
When clearing the settings and previewing all types of documents specified, deselect the [Do not preview files with the specified extensions] check box.
When clearing the settings for some types of documents to preview them, delete their extensions in the [Specify Extensions] on step 3.
