Sending Documents
Send the document to circulate between shared folders. Select the document to send from Libraries or My Tray.
In addition, you can attach a simple message to the document to send.

When [Move] is specified for [Document Operations] in the settings of folder output icon, the sent document is deleted from Desktop. To keep the sent document on Desktop, specify [Copy]. For more information on how to configure the folder output icons, see the following.

1.
Select a document to send in the
File List View Pane, and then drag and drop it on the folder output icon.
Or, select a document to send in the
File List View Pane, and click the folder output icon.
The [Enter Comments] dialog box is displayed. The [Enter Comments] dialog box differs by the number of documents to be sent or whether comments are attached or not.

You can select multiple documents.
You can also display the [Enter Comments] dialog box by selecting the [File] menu > [Enter Comments] while selecting the document in My Tray.

Enter or edit a comment according to the displayed [Enter Comments] dialog box.
When entering a comment for the first time
Enter a comment, as necessary, in [Comments] using up to 5,000 characters.
When sending only one document in which a comment is already attached
Change the text of [Comments], as necessary.
When sending two or more documents
Select the following items and modify the text of [Comments], as necessary.
[Use the comments entered in the selected documents]
[Use the same comments in all documents]

When selecting [Use the same comments in all documents], attached comment is overwritten with the entered comment.

3.
Click [OK].
The selected document is sent to the destination folder.
