Not Displaying the Check In/Check Out Message
If you perform the following operations, a message is displayed to confirm whether to check in or check out.
Changing the properties of a document in Document Server Library or SharePoint Server Library
Opening a document in Document Server Library or SharePoint Server Library
Restoring a previous version of a document in Document Server Library or SharePoint Server Library
Dividing a PDF document in a Document Server Library where [Create Version] is set
By performing the following steps, you can perform each operation without the check in/check out message being displayed.
Not Displaying the Check In Message
Editing in [System Settings]
1.
Click [Settings] > [System Settings].
The [System Settings] dialog box is displayed.
2.
[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Browser] > [Display Dialog Box] > [Display confirmation message when checking in documents]
Deselect [Display confirmation message when checking in documents].
Editing in the [Register Document] Dialog Box
1.
In the [Register Document] dialog box, select [Do not show this confirmation message again when checking in documents].
Not Displaying the Check Out Message
Editing from [System Settings]
1.
Click [Settings] > [System Settings].
The [System Settings] dialog box is displayed.
2.
[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Browser] > [Display Dialog Box] > [Display confirmation message when checking out documents]
Deselect [Display confirmation message when checking out documents].
Editing from the [Confirm Document Checkout] Dialog Box
1.
Select the [Do not show this confirmation message again when checking out documents] check box in the [Confirm Document Checkout] dialog box.
