Configuring the Header/Footer on a Chapter Basis

With Document Binder, you can specify the header/footer settings by chapter.
1.
Select the [Print Settings] pane > the [Page Settings] tab.
2.
Select the [Insert into print pages] check box in [Header/Footer Settings].
Select [Insert into original pages] to set the header/footer for the original pages.

Click [Detailed Settings].
The [Detailed Settings for Headers/Footers (Print Pages)] dialog box is displayed.
Note
This procedure is the same for [Insert into print pages] and [Insert into original pages].
Clicking the footer's [Detailed Settings] displays the footer's advanced settings. The settings are the same as those for the header.
4.
Select [Header Setting Method] > [Insert headers by chapter].

Click [Add].
The [Header Settings by Chapter] dialog box is displayed.
6.
Enter a chapter number in [Start Chapter] and [End Chapter].
7.
Click [OK] when finished.
If you want to set the header/footer for other chapters, repeat step 5.
For information on the detailed header/footer settings, see the following.
The [Detailed Settings for Headers/Footers (Print Pages)] dialog box is displayed.
Note
The following items cannot be selected when setting the header/footer by chapter.
