Updating the Table of Contents

If you have performed an edit operation (such as renaming chapters and dividing page) on a binder document after creating the table of contents, it is necessary to update the table of contents.
Important
If you move an object to the table of contents page using Object Layout Editor and save the changes, the object is deleted when you return to Document Binder and click [Update Table of Contents].
If the table of contents is updated, digital stamps/highlights/underlines/strikethroughs/text notes in the table of contents are deleted.
If the number of pages is reduced when updating the table of contents, the configured variable fields and annotations on that page are also deleted.
Note
If [Update Table of Contents] is performed, the following settings for pages in the table of contents are cleared.
