Editing the Date Format of Digital Stamps
You can edit the date format of digital stamps.
1.
Select 
to the right of 
or 
in the Object Palette Pane.

Select the [Digital Stamps] menu > [Attach Digital Stamp].
Select the [Digital Stamps] menu > [Attach Signed Digital Stamp].
The submenu or the pull-down menu is displayed.

Select a digital stamp to insert.
The properties of the selected digital stamp are displayed in the Object Palette Pane.

Click [Edit Time and Date].
The [Edit Time and Date] dialog box is displayed.

You cannot click [Edit Time and Date] for a digital stamp that does not contain a date. To add a date to a digital stamp, see the following.

Configure the date settings in the [Edit Time and Date] dialog box.

The date format that will be displayed in the stamp is displayed here.

[Date and Time]
|
Set the time that will be inserted. Select [Set Current Time and Date] or [Set Fixed Time and Date].

|
Insert the current time into the stamp.

[Set Fixed Time and Date]
|
Specify the time to insert into the stamp.

[Date]
|
Enter the date to insert. By clicking
 , you can specify a date from the calendar. |

[Time]
|
Enter the time. You can enter a time in one second increments. You can also click
 after placing the mouse cursor over the hour/minute/second to adjust the time in increments of one hour, one minute, or one second. |

[Format]
|
Select the date format to display. Enter this directly, or select the date format from the pull-down list displayed when you click

|
[Calendar Type]
|
Select the calendar type from the list in the pull-down menu displayed when you click

[AM/PM Symbol]
|
Select the AM/PM symbol from the list in the pull-down menu displayed when you click

5.
Click [OK].
