List of Toolbars

The tool buttons available in Annotation Editor are as follows.

Description
(First Page)
Displays the first page.
(Previous Page)
Displays the previous page.
(Go to Page)
Displays a page specified by direct input.
(Next Page)
Displays the next page.
(Last Page)
Displays the last page.
(Print)
Performs printing or fax transmission by using the device specified as the default printer or fax selected in the [Print] dialog box.
(Show/Hide Navigation Pane)
Determines whether to show the Navigation Pane.
(Left 90 Degrees)
Rotates the currently edited page during operations in the Work Pane, or the selected pages in the [Page] list during operations in the [Page] tab in the Navigation Pane by 90 degrees left.
(180 Degrees)
Rotates the currently edited page during operations in the Work Pane, or the selected pages in the [Page] list during operations in the [Page] tab in the Navigation Pane by 180 degrees.
(Right 90 Degrees)
Rotates the currently edited page during operations in the Work Pane, or the selected pages in the [Page] list during operations in the [Page] tab in the Navigation Pane by 90 degrees right.
(Bring to Front)
Brings the selected object to the front.
(Send to Back)
Sends the selected object to the back.
(Bring Forward)
Brings the selected object one layer forward.
(Send Backward)
Sends the selected object one layer back.
(Find Previous)
Searches the previous text and annotations.
(Find Next)
Searches the next text and annotations.
(Insert Multiple Annotations)
Insert annotations of the same type continuously with keeping the selected annotation.
(Save)
Overwrites the currently edited document.

(Save As)
Saves the currently edited document with a new name.
(Destination Folder)
After the currently edited document is overwritten, the file is copied or moved to the specified destination folder.
(Undo)
Cancels the last operation.
(Redo)
Re-executes an operation that was cancelled by [Undo].
(Cut)
Cuts the currently selected annotation or text in the annotations.
(Copy)
Copies the currently selected annotation or text in the annotations.
(Paste)
Pastes the cut or copied annotation or text in the annotations.
(Paste Special)
Pastes with a selected format. The formats that you can select are as follows:

Image
Text
(Duplicate from Next Page)
Inserts copies of an annotation that is already inserted in a page into all pages after that page with a single operation.
(Delete)
Deletes the currently selected annotation or text in the annotations.
(Select Rectangle)
Selects a rectangular area to copy as an image.
(Select Polygon)
Selects a polygonal area to copy as an image.
(Group)
Grouping multiple annotations enables you to interact with them as if they were a single annotation.
(Ungroup)
Ungroups annotations.
(Add to Favorites)
You can register a selected annotation in Favorites and display it in the Object Palette Pane.
(Redaction)
Switches to the redaction edit mode.
(Verify)
Verifies the selected signed digital stamp.
(Verify All)
Verifies all signed digital stamps in the document.
