This category describes how to use Quick Printing Tool.

Quick Printing Tool is an application that enables you to operate device functions such as printing and sending faxes more intuitively. It also monitors the status of external devices such as imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices and the status of printing process, and manages logs of printing, sending and receiving faxes, in the same way as Printer Monitor.

If you create a Quick Printing Tool, your printer/fax is displayed on the Windows desktop screen with an icon that is easy to see. Printer Monitor monitors only the status of the default printer. However, Quick Printing Tool monitors devices that were set when Quick Printing Tool was created.

Quick Printing Tool also enables you to display device status and job status with icons and plays a sound to notify you when a fax is received, in the same way as Printer Monitor.
