Checking the Status of Consumables and Other Information
You can check the status of consumables, such as detailed paper information and the remaining amount of toner and staples. You can also register/set the paper type to load in a paper drawer.
1.
Press [Status Monitor/Cancel].
2.
Press [Consumables].
To check the details of paper loaded in the machine:
Select the paper you want to check → press [Details].
You can press 
to enlarge the displayed list.

To check other information:
Check the percentage of memory usage, amount of waste toner, and the remaining amounts of toner and staples.

The table below indicates the remaining amount of consumables.

To register/set a paper type:
Press [Reg.].
Select an item to register/set → register/set the paper type.

[Paper Settings]:
|
Sets the paper type to load by selecting a paper source.
|

[Paper Type Management Settings]:
|
Registers a user-defined paper type by entering a name.

Press [OK].
