Specifying Personal Folders

The personal folder is the destination which can be specified for each user. This setting is enabled only if you are managing users by login service, such as SSO-H. After specifying this setting, each user can select the personal folder as the destination for sending files.

The personal folder enables you to prevent information leakage which occurs during sending, such as to a wrong destination.
