Carrying the Machine to the Installation Location and Removing the Packing Materials

Carry the machine to the installation site and remove the packing materials. For information on the installation space, see "Installation and Handling."

Take the machine out of the plastic bag, and then carry the machine to the installation site.

Remove the tape (9 locations).

Remove the tape (3 locations).

Open the feeder.

Remove the packing material with tape.

To remove the packing materials:Make sure that the following packing materials are all removed from the machine.

Gently close the feeder.

Continue with the steps in the procedure below and remove the packing materials from the toner cartridge.
