The specified license file has already been installed. License files that have been installed once cannot be installed again.

Since the specified license file cannot be installed, specify another file.

Only users with administrator rights can log in to SMS with the user name and password that they use for logging in to the printer. The user trying to log in cannot do so because they do not have administrator rights.
Action
Log in again with the user name and password of a user with administrator rights.

Problem
Cannot log in for a period of time because either another user is logged in or when the user was logged in before, the logout procedure was not performed properly.

If another user is logged in, wait until the user logs out. If another user is not logged in, wait for the lock to be cancelled.
