Printing Reports

You can print the following types of reports from the machine. Some reports are printed automatically, and some are printed manually. You can also set to print some reports automatically only when an error occurs.
You can print the following types of reports from the machine.
The Counter Report contains the number of pages copied/printed and the number of completed send jobs.
The Page Count List contains the Copy, Scan, and Printer counter information for each department.
The Print Log List contains the print job history.
The Device Information Delivery Destination List contains information about registered delivery destinations.
This report is a list which enables you to check the send, receive, and access logs about device information.
This report is used to check a list of jobs before sending/after sending.
This report is used to check whether a send job has been successfully delivered to its destination.
This report is used to check whether a send job has been successfully delivered to its destination.
This report is used to check whether documents were sent successfully to the intended destinations when a sequential broadcast transmission was performed.
This report is used to check whether documents has been successfully received.
This report is used to check whether documents has been successfully received in a Confidential Fax Inbox.
This report is a list which enables you to check the results of all sending and receiving.
This report is a list which enables you to check the results of all sending and receiving transactions for the Fax function.
You can print the contents of the forwarding settings that have been specified.
You can print the registered LDAP server settings.
This report enables you to print and check the contents of the Address Book (Address Lists 1 to 10 or one-touch) in [Set Destination] (Settings/Registration).
You can print the history of storing files.
Prints the registration information for Settings/Registration. This list is useful to check user settings.
You can print the information for the applications installed in MEAP and some system application information.

NOTE
All of the following conditions must be met for the report to be printed.
There is a paper drawer with [Other] in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration) set to 'On'.
In that paper drawer, paper with one of the following sizes is loaded.
A3
A4
A4R
That paper is one of the following types.
Plain 1 (65 to 82 g/m2)
Plain 2 (83 to 99 g/m2)
Plain 3 (100 to 105 g/m2)
Recycled (64 to 82 g/m2)
Thin (60 to 64 g/m2)*
Colour (64 to 82 g/m2)
* Thin paper less than 64 g/m2 cannot be used.
However, if [Consider Paper Type] for Copy is set to 'On' in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration), paper is not fed from the paper drawer specified for colour paper.
