Output Report
You can print a list of the Send or Receive settings that have been specified from the Settings/Registration screen. This is useful for checking the details of the settings.
If you are using the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2020, depending on the region, the optional product is required to use the Scan and Send function. For information on the optional product, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

Reports can only be printed if A3, B4, A4, or A4R (plain, recycled, or color paper) paper is loaded in the paper sources whose settings in Other in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] are set to 'On'. However, if you set [Consider Paper Type] to 'On' for Copy in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off], you cannot print from paper sources set to use color paper. (See "Enabling Paper Drawer Auto Selection.")
The following two types of User Data Lists are available:
Send/Receive: Prints all information related to the Send function stored from the Settings/Registration screen.
Fax: Prints all information related to the Fax function stored from the Settings/Registration screen.

Printing the User Data List for Receive/Forward:
Press [TX/RX User Data List] → press [Yes].
Printing the User Data List for Fax:
Press [Fax User Data List] → press [Yes].
