Registering/Editing/Deleting Favorite Settings Buttons
You can register up to 18 combinations of favorite send settings. You can also assign them names and comments for increased convenience. This feature is useful for storing frequently used send settings.
If you are using the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2020, depending on the region, the optional product is required to use this function. For information on the optional product, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."
1.
Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration).To register/edit favorite settings buttons, you must set the Send mode in advance.

Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [Common Settings].
To register a favorite settings button:
Press [Register Favorite Settings] → [Next].
If Show Comment is set to 'On', the stored comments appear when you press a button on the Scan and Send screen.
Select a button ([M1] to [M18]) to register → press [Next].
Press [Name] → enter a name → press [OK].
Press [Comment] → enter a comment → press [OK].
Press [OK].
To edit a favorite settings button:
Press [Edit Favorite Settings] → [Next].
Select a button ([M1] to [M18]) to rename → press [Rename].

If you press [Check Content], the existing registered settings appear.

Press [Name] → enter a name → press [OK].
Press [Comment] → enter comment → press [OK].
Press [OK].

To overwrite registered settings, press [Register Favorite Settings] → select a button ([M1] to [M18]) to overwrite.

To delete a favorite settings button:
Press [Edit Favorite Settings].
Select a button ([M1] to [M18]) that you want to delete → press [Delete].

Confirm the contents to be deleted.
|
Press [Yes] .

NOTE

The name for the button is not deleted. To change the name of the button, press [Rename].

Press [Close].

NOTE
|
|
Settings stored in favorite settings buttons are not deleted, even if the power is turned OFF.
If an address included in a favorite settings button is deleted from the address book, it is also deleted from the settings registered in the favorite settings button.
