Checking the Status of Consumables

You can check the status of consumables, such as detailed paper information and the remaining amount of toner and staples. You can also register/set the paper type to load in a paper drawer.
1.
Press (Status Monitor/Cancel).

Press [Consumables].

Select the paper source you want to check →press [Details].
You can press to enlarge the displayed list.
Press [OK].
To check other information:
Check the percentage of memory usage, amount of waste toner, and the remaining amount of toner and staples.
NOTE
The table below indicates the remaining amount of consumables.

To register/set a paper type:
Press [Reg.].
Select an item to register/set → register/set the paper type.
[Paper Settings]:
Sets the paper type to load by selecting a paper source.
[Paper Type Management Settings]:
Registers a user-defined paper type by entering a name.
