System Manager Information Settings

Register the system manager information for the machine:
System Manager ID: Up to seven digits, 7654321
System Manager PIN: Up to seven digits, 7654321
System Manager Name: Up to 32 digits, Administrator

Device Information Settings

Set a device name and location:
Device Name: Up to 32 characters
Location: Up to 32 characters

Department ID Management On/Off

Register the department ID and the PIN:
Department ID Management On/Off: Off, On
Dept. ID: Up to seven digits
PIN: Up to seven digits
Pg Restrict.: 0 to 999999
Allow Print Jobs with Unknown IDs: Off, On

DNS is a system which assigns a name (domain name) to a server on a network to correspond with the IP address of the server:
