Outputting Reports

You can print a list of the Send/Receive settings that have been specified from the Settings/Registration screen as separate User Data Lists. This is useful for checking the details of the settings.

NOTE
Lists can be printed only if 11" x 17", LGL, LTR, or LTRR (plain, recycled, thin, or color) is loaded in a paper source whose settings in [Other] in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration) are set to 'On'. However, if [Consider Paper Type] for [Copy] is set to 'On' in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off], you cannot print from a paper source with colour paper specified. (See "Enabling Paper Drawer Auto Selection.") For more information on User Data Lists, see "User Data List."

Press

(Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [Output Report].

Press [TX/RX User Data List] → [Yes].
