Sending E-Mail/I-Faxes
The following operations and settings are required to send e-mail/I-faxes with the machine.
System Requirements
The following system environments are confirmed for using the e-mail/I-fax functions:
Compatible mail forwarding server software
Sendmail 8.14.4 (UNIX)
Microsoft Exchange Server (Windows)
(Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 SP2/2007 SP2/2010/2013)
Lotus Domino R7.0 (Windows)
Compatible mail receiving server software
Qpopper 4.0.19 (UNIX)
Microsoft Exchange Server (Windows)
(Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 SP2/2007 SP2/2010/2013)
Lotus Domino R7.0 (Windows)
1. Connect the machine to the network.
2. Specify the network settings.
For details, see the manual provided with the imagePRESS Server.
3. Set the key pair used with SSL encrypted communications.
4. Specify the e-mail/I-fax settings.
