Printing from an Application

The main procedure from creating an original with OpenOffice.org to printing is described below.
NOTE
The procedures and menus described below may differ depending on the application you use.
It may be necessary to specify printing commands and PPD files from within the application. For the PPD file that corresponds to your printer, refer to the Readme file.
1.
Open the application, and create a document.
2.
Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
3.
Select the printer you are using from [Name] and click [Properties].
NOTE
In case of using OpenOffice.org, select the printer name which is not surrounded by "<Printer Name>" (<LBP7110C>). If you select the printer name surrounded by "<Printer Name>", you can't print.
4.
Set the printing conditions in the [Properties] dialog box, and click the [OK] button.
5.
Click the [Print] button.
