Printing from an Application

When printing from an application, edit the print settings in the print settings dialog box displayed by the application. You can also set the various default printing attributes using the driver UI. However, the settings from the application take priority over those from the driver UI.

Depending on the application you use, you may need to register the printer with the application beforehand. To register the printer with GIMP2.x, follow the procedures in this section.
