注释
本机使用SMTP发送电子邮件或互联网传真信息到邮件服务器。
本机可以使用POP3通信协议或直接使用机器自带的SMTP接收功能接收来自邮件服务器的传入信息。
如果使用后一种方法，则邮件服务器不必支持POP3通信协议。
本机可以接收文本格式的互联网传真、电子邮件信息，以及文本格式的电子邮件信息附件TIFF-F和JPEG文件。

检查网络环境

使用TCP/IP设置与本机连接的网络。
除IPv4(Internet协议版本4)外，本机还支持IPv6(Internet协议版本6)，并且具有可以与IPv4和IPv6网络同时通信的双堆栈配置。IPv4功能始终启用，并可以选择是否使用IPv6的功能。

须知
如果要将本机作为网络扫描仪使用，则本机必须通过IPv4网络连接到计算机。
注释
