Printing Setting Lists
You can print setting lists from the Printer Status Window. This is convenient when you want to print a list of PCL font types or a list of power saving and other configuration settings for the machine. Setting lists are formatted to print on A4 size paper. Before starting, load A4 size paper in drawer. Loading Paper in the Drawer

You can also use the machine's  (Paper) key to print a User Data List. Viewing Network SettingsSetting the language to print inIn the Printer Status Window's [Options] menu  [Device Settings] [Select Language for User Data List] dialog box, you can specify the language for printing a User Data List in. |

Select the machine by clicking
