To print with Mac OS 9, you need to use a PS printer driver provided by Apple Inc. with the Mac OS, via an AppleTalk network.
If you are using a Mac OS, you cannot use the PCL printer driver.
If you are using the UFR II printer driver or PS printer driver in a Mac OS environment, you cannot print documents via an AppleTalk network.

If you are using the imagePRESS Server,some functions are not available with this machine. For details, see the manual provided with the imagePRESS Server.
When you are using Mac OS X 10.5/10.6, you can only print via an SMB/CIFS network if you are using a PS printer driver provided by Apple Inc. with the Mac OS.
The machine does not support Mac OS LocalTalk networks.
