Outputting Reports
You can print a list of the Send/Receive or Fax settings that have been specified from the Settings/Registration screen as separate User Data Lists. This is useful for checking the details of the settings.

NOTE |
Lists can be printed only if A3, A4, or A4R (plain, recycled, thin, or color) is loaded in a paper source whose settings in [Other] in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration) are set to 'On'. However, if [Consider Paper Type] for [Copy] is set to 'On' in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off], you cannot print from a paper source with color paper specified. (See "Enabling Paper Drawer Auto Selection.") For more information on User Data Lists, see "User Data List." |

Printing the User Data List for Send/Receive:
Press [TX/RX User Data List] → [Yes].
Printing the User Data List for Fax:
Press [Fax User Data List] → [Yes].
