|
Records the date and time that the item was processed (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss).

Types

Records the type of the item.

Name
|
Records the document name, folder name, and cabinet name to export.
The names recorded in this line are those set in Document Manager.

Export Source Folder Path
|
Records the folder path in Document Manager to export to.

Export Item
|
Records the document name and folder name that were exported.
The names recorded in this line are those after the export process is performed.

Export Destination Folder Path
|
Records the path after the path in [Export Destination] for the exported folders and documents. If [Export Item] is directly under the path in [Export Destination], a hyphen (-) is recorded.

Status
|
This information includes the following process results.
OK: The export process completed normally.
NG: The process stopped due to an error.
Skip: An error occurred, but the process continued.

Error
|
Records the error number when an error occurs.
|
Warning
|
Records a message in the following cases.
If an item to export is being checked out
If the name of an item was changed when exporting due to a restriction
If property information (read-only attribute, hidden attribute, or date/time updated) failed to be set

Information
|
Records the corresponding error message when a warning occurs.
A hyphen (-) is recorded in the following cases.
If the error message could not be retrieved
If the item to export is being checked out

ID
|
Records the ID of the item.

PID
|
Records the ID of the parent folder of the item.

NOTE
|
Items with "NG" or "Skip" recorded in the status column of the log information can be exported again. Export them again after referring to the error information to resolve the error.
