Reducing Bleed-Through When Copying
You can use "Copy (BleedReduce)" to reduce the amount of bleed-through (phenomenon in which text or images on the back side of the original are visible in the copy) when you perform copying. This application is useful when the original consists of thin paper.
By default, the "Copy (BleedReduce)" button is registered with the recommended settings.
Follow the procedure below to register a new button, as needed.

In Remote UI, access the management screen.

On the [Application Management] screen, click [Copy (BleedReduce)].
The [Copy (BleedReduce)] screen appears.

Click [Register New Button].
The [Register New Button] screen appears.

Enter the button name.
To Display the Confirmation Screen When the Button Is Pressed
Select the [Display Confirmation Screen Before Operation] checkbox.

Configure the copy settings.

Click [OK].
The button is added to the [Home] screen of the control panel.
