Accessing the Management Screen
Use the dedicated management screen in Remote UI to register and configure applications.
To use Remote UI, access the IP address of the machine from a web browser on a computer. Administrator privileges are required in order to access the management screen.

With Remote UI, you can use a web browser on a computer to check the operation status of the machine, change the machine settings, and register destinations in the Address Book. To use this function, the computer and the machine need to be connected to the network. |
Checking the IP Address of the Machine

On the [Home] screen of the control panel or other location, press [Status Monitor].

Check the IP address.

If the IP address is not displayed at the bottom of the [Status Monitor] screen, press [Network Information] [IPv4] to check the IP address. |
Starting Remote UI

From a web browser on a computer, access the following URL.
http://<IP address of the machine>/ |
The Remote UI login screen appears.
If Remote UI communication is encrypted, a warning message about the security certificate may appear. If there are no problems with the certificate or TLS settings, you can continue operations.
When entering an IPv6 address, enclose the IP address in brackets [ ].
Example:

Enter the items required to log in with System Manager Mode.
If the Screen for Selecting [System Manager Mode] Appears
Select [System Manager Mode], and enter the required items according to the setting status.
When the System Manager ID Is Set
Enter the System Manager ID and System Manager PIN.
When the Remote UI Access PIN Is Set
Enter the Remote UI Access PIN.
If the Screen for Entering the Department ID Appears
Enter the Department ID and PIN.
When the System Manager ID Is Set
Enter the System Manager ID and System Manager PIN.
When the System Manager ID Is Not Set
Enter any number for the Department ID.

Click [Log In].
The Portal page of Remote UI appears.

Opening the [Application Management] Screen

Start Remote UI and log in with System Manager Mode.

On the Portal page of Remote UI, click [Application Library].
