Required Preparations |
Prepare the following information and have it on hand. File path, folder path, or URL to be specified User name and password used for accessing the file or folder to be specified (if Restrict Access is set) |
1 | In [Basic Settings], click [Edit]. The [Edit Basic Settings] screen appears. |
2 | In [Slide Specification], select [By Image (Specify Individually)]. |
3 | Click [OK]. The [Standby Slide from Server] screen reappears. |
4 | On the [Standby Slide from Server] screen, click [Register New Slide]. The [Register New Slide] screen appears. |
5 | Set the background of the slide. You can specify an image or a color. Setting an image as the slide background Select [Specify Image File Path] or [Specify Image URL], and enter the file path or URL. Specifying a color as the slide background Select [Specify Color], and specify the background color from the pulldown menu. |
6 | Set the text to display in the slide. Select the [Display Text on Slide] checkbox, and configure the display text, font, and scroll settings. If you do not want to display text, this step is not required. Proceed to Step 7. |
7 | Click [OK]. The [Standby Slide from Server] screen reappears. You can repeat Steps 4 to 7 to register multiple slides. You can register up to 20 slides. |

2 | In [Slide Specification], select [By Folder (Batch Specify)]. |
3 | Click [OK]. The [Standby Slide from Server] screen reappears. |
4 | In [Folder Settings], click [Edit]. The [Edit Folder Settings] screen appears. |
5 | Enter the path to the folder that you want to register. Use "\" as a separator. |
6 | Enter the user name and password, as needed. If Restrict Access is enabled for the folder or server, enter the user name and password used for accessing the folder or server. To enter a password, select the [Set/Change Password] checkbox, and then enter the password. You can click [Check Connection] to check whether the machine can connect to the specified folder. |
7 | In [Sort Files in Folder by], specify the display order for the slides. |
8 | Click [OK]. The [Standby Slide from Server] screen reappears. |
1 | In [Manage Slides], click [Edit Display Order]. |
2 | Select the checkbox for the slide that you want to move, and click [Move Up] or [Move Down]. |
3 | Click [OK]. The [Standby Slide from Server] screen reappears. |
If the folder contains 21 or more files that can be displayed when the slide display starts, 20 files will be displayed in the order that is specified in [Sort Files in Folder by]. Images are not displayed in the following cases: If the specified folder contains no images that can be displayed If the connection to the server fails |
