Driver Option Settings
In order to use this printer driver, you must set the printer model and installed options beforehand in the [Device Settings] tab.
Normally, the settings are automatically specified when the driver is installed. If they are not automatically set, perform the procedure below.
1.
Display the [Device Settings] tab.
Click [

] (Start) → [Devices and Printers].
The above is for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2.
For Windows 8 and Server 2012: From the desktop, display the charm bar to the right of the screen, and click or tap [

Settings] → [Control Panel] → [Devices and Printers].
For Windows Vista and Server 2008: Click [

] (Start) → [Control Panel] → [Printers].
For Windows XP and Server 2003: Click [Start] → [Printers and Faxes] (or [Start] → [Control Panel] → [Printers and Other Hardware] → [Printers and Faxes]).
Right-click the icon of the printer you want to configure → click [Printer properties] (or [Properties]).
Click the [Device Settings] tab.

Click [Get Device Status].

If you cannot obtain the information you need with [Get Device Status], set the functions of the printer manually.
[Device Type] ([Black & White [A3]], [Color [A3]], [Black & White [A4]], or [Color [A4]])
[2-sided Printing]
[Storage Options]

Set the number of drawers installed in the printer in [Number of Drawers].
4.
Set the output options.
Set [2-sided Printing], [Staple], [Hole Punch], and [Storage Options] as required.
5.
Click [OK].
