Connecting to Libraries

Connect to a library and use folders and documents saved in that library.

Select the site or library from the Navigation Window.

Displays items stored in the site or library in the File List View Window.

If one of the following dialog box is displayed, proceed to step 2.

NOTE
When you reconnect to the library after disconnecting using [Disconnect] on the ribbon, select [Connect] on the ribbon to display the [Connect to Library] and proceed to step 2. If you select the [Automatically log in] check box in the [Connecting to Therefore Server]. you can skip the authentication dialog box from the next time you connect to the Therefore Server. This operation can also be performed with the tool buttons. If tool buttons are not displayed on the toolbar of Desktop Browser, see the following to display them. NOTE

Enter the user name and password, and click [OK].

If the entered user name and/or password are not valid, connection to the shared library will not be established when you click [OK] and the following dialog box will be displayed again. [Connect to Library] Confirmation dialog box When registering a Document Server Library or SharePoint Server Library, if you register an invalid path to a library containing a folder, you will become unable to connect to the library. Check the path to the library and delete the invalid path.

NOTE

If the entered user name and/or password are not valid, connection to the shared library will not be established when you click [OK] and the following dialog box will be displayed again.
