Functions of Document Monitor
The following sections describe the functions of Document Monitor.
Main Functions of Document Monitor
Document Monitor manages the logs of unread/updated documents in the monitored folders/search results of Therefore Library search conditions, and new documents in My Tray. When there is an unread/updated document in the folders/search results of Therefore Library search conditions specified for monitoring in Desktop Browser, or a document is forwarded to My Tray, you can set notification of this by either the document notification icon in the Taskbar, [List of Unread/Modified Documents], or by a sound. In addition, the logs of registered or updated documents in the folders/Therefore Library search conditions specified for monitoring, and the logs of documents transferred to My Tray are displayed in [Log List].
When the destination of a Hot Folder is set as a monitored folder and a document is sent to the monitored folder using the Hot Folder function, Document Monitor notifies you.
