Logs

When the export process is executed, three types of logs are created in the following location.

"\ExportLog" in the document management folder of the Windows login user, such as [My Documents] or [Document]

The file names for each log are as follows.

Log Type	File Name
Log	Log_0001 to 9999.csv
Setting Information	Setting_0001 to 9999.csv
Error Information	ErrorLog_0001 to 9999.csv

NOTE
The 0001 to 9999 in the file name is a serial number that is updated each time a log file exceeds 1 MB in size. If 9999 is exceeded, the export process is stopped. Move or delete the logs, etc., as necessary.

Log

Records general information relating to the export process. Composed of the following information.

Basic Information

Records the name of the cabinet to export, the date and time it was created (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss), and Export Destination.

Export Start Time

Records the date and time (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss) that the export process started.

Export Process Information

Log information is recorded on a single line for each item in the cabinet, such as folders and files. A hyphen (-) is inserted for items that do not have any corresponding information.

Column	Description
Date and Time	Records the date and time that the item was processed (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss).
Types	Records the type of the item.
Name	Records the document name, folder name, and cabinet name to export. The names recorded in this line are those set in Document Manager.
Export Source Folder Path	Records the folder path in Document Manager to export to.
Export Item	Records the document name and folder name that were exported. The names recorded in this line are those after the export process is performed.
Export Destination Folder Path	Records the path after the path in [Export Destination] for the exported folders and documents. If [Export Item] is directly under the path in [Export Destination], a hyphen (-) is recorded.
Status	This information includes the following process results. OK: The export process completed normally. NG: The process stopped due to an error. Skip: An error occurred, but the process continued.
Error	Records the error number when an error occurs.
Warning	Records a message in the following cases. If an item to export is being checked out If the name of an item was changed when exporting due to a restriction If property information (read-only attribute, hidden attribute, or date/time updated) failed to be set
Information	Records the corresponding error message when a warning occurs. A hyphen (-) is recorded in the following cases. If the error message could not be retrieved If the item to export is being checked out
ID	Records the ID of the item.
PID	Records the ID of the parent folder of the item.

Export Stop/End Date/Time

Records the date and time (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss) that the export process stopped/ended.

Export Result Information

Records the total of the export result.

Setting Information

Records detailed setting information of Data Converter Exporter.

Error Information

Records error details when an error occurs. Also includes possible measures for solving the error.

NOTE
Items with "NG" or "Skip" recorded in the status column of the log information can be exported again. Export them again after referring to the error information to resolve the error.
