Trimming Pages When Creating Saddle Stitched Booklets
When stapling in the middle to form a booklet, you can trim and align the edges of the pages.
1.
Display the [Main] sheet.
2.
Select [Booklet Printing].
You can also set [Booklet Printing] in the [Layout] sheet.

Select [On] from [Staple] → select [Saddle stitch] as the stapling position.
You can also set [Staple] in the [Finishing] sheet.
4.
Display the [Finishing] sheet.
5.
Select [Trim].
To set a trim width adjustment method, follow the procedure below.

Click [Details].
7.
In the [Adjust Trim Width] dialog box, set a trim width adjustment method.
If [Adjust By] is displayed, selecting [Finishing width] trims the pages to the specified height and width after finishing.
8.
Click [OK].
