You may have to set up the LDAP servers beforehand, depending on the network environment. Searching by organization/organizational unit may not be possible, depending on the information registered in an LDAP server. |

You cannot edit or delete names, <E-Mail>, <Fax>, <Organization>, or <Organization Unit>. <Register/Edit> and <Delete> can only be performed for <Not Registered 1> and <Not Registered 2>. |

You can set to also change the name of the user group address book when a user group name is changed. Log in to the Remote UI as a user with Administrator privileges, press [Settings/Registration] [Set Destination] [Personal Address List/User Group Address List Settings] select the [Apply User Group Name Change to User Group Address List Name] check box. |
