Registering/Editing/Deleting Finishing Size for Finishing/Booklet (Trim).
You can register finishing sizes for the finishing/Booklet (Trim), assign them names, and edit or delete them as necessary. This mode is useful for registering frequently used finishing sizes.
1.
Press 
(Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings] → [Common] → [Register Finishing Size].

Press [Finishing Size for Finishing/Booklet (Trim)].

Select a desired setting from the following items:
To register/edit a finishing size for the finishing/Booklet (Trim):
Select a button ([S1] to [S5]) to register or edit a finishing size → press [Register/Edit].
Press [X] and [Y] → enter each value → press [OK].
You can also use numeric keys to enter values.
To register a name of the finishing size for the perfect binding:
Select a button ([S1] to [S5]) to name → press [Rename].
Enter a new name → press [OK].
To delete a finishing size for the finishing/Booklet (Trim):
Select the finishing size that you want to delete → press [Delete].
Press [Yes].

Press [Close].

Make sure to check the settings first before deleting them. |
NOTE |
If you select a button that already has settings stored in it, the settings are displayed. If you make a mistake when entering values, press  (Clear) → enter the correct values.You can also name buttons with no settings stored in them. For instructions on entering characters, see "Entering Characters." If you press [OK] without entering any characters, the button name reverts to its current name (default S1 to S5). The paper size settings stored in memory are not deleted, even if the machine's main power switch is turned OFF. |
