Color Mode Settings for Copy
This section describes how to set the color selection for copying.
This mode can be set when the Copy function is available for use. For information on the optional products required to use the Copy function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."
Restricting Use of Auto-Color Select
You can restrict the use of the color mode (Auto-Color Select).
1.
Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration).2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Copy] → [Select Color Settings for Copy].

Press [Use Auto (Color/Black & White)].
4.
Select [Off] → [OK].
Select [On] if you do not want to restrict the use of the Auto (Color/Black) mode.
Restricting the Use of Full Color
You can restrict the use of the color mode (Full Color).
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration).2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Copy] → [Select Color Settings for Copy].
3.
Press [Use Full Color].
4.
Select [Off] → [OK].
Select [On] if you do not want to restrict the use of the Full Color mode.
