Change Ppr. in MP Tray> on the paper selection screen of <Copy> and <Access Stored Files> to change the paper size/type to load from the multi-purpose tray: If paper is loaded in the multi-purpose tray If this setting is set to <On> If <Multi-Purpose Tray Defaults> is set to <Use Preset> If the paper size specified in the printer driver greatly differs from the paper size set in the multi-purpose tray, an error message is displayed. Take note of the following when free size paper is set for <Mode A (Prioritize Printer Driver Settings)>. When printing on envelopes, be sure to specify the paper type on the printer driver. If it is not specified, printing may not be performed. A paper jam or another printing problem may occur if the paper type is not specified when printing on other type of paper. |
In order to change this setting, <Paper Feed Mode for Printer Driver Jobs with MP Tray> must be set to <On>.
